Dukes is still nucking futs

For the second time in two months, the estranged wife of Elijah Dukes has filed a motion asking a judge to hold the inactive Devil Rays outfielder in contempt of court for not paying child support and alimony. According to a complaint filed in court NiShea Gilbert, separated from Dukes since April, claims he hasn't paid the court-ordered temporary monthly payments of $2,800 in child support and $3,300 in alimony that were due on Sept. 1. Gilbert also said the payments she received on Aug. 10 were half as much as the court-ordered amount. "He thinks he's above the law," Gilbert said. "I don't know what to say about him.

If OJ is a 10 on the wife abuse scale, then Dukes has raised his game to a 9.8. And it'll be so easy for him to get to 10, now that the Juice has published a manual on how to do it.
