The former NFL 3rd overall pick of the Washington Redskins, Heath Shuler, won a seat in the U.S. House representing the state of North Carolina. It looks like the residents of North Carolina are not huge football fans. Didn’t they realize Heath already screwed up Washington the first time he was there?
